A Cooperative winery to the west of Béziers, Les Vignerons du Pays d’Ensérune is an association of highly motivated winegrowers who have combined their expertise and resources to produce high-quality wines, develop their distribution and preserve the region’s character.

Our history

Terroir & Character

The origins of the Vignerons du Pays d’Ensérune date back to the beginning of organized winegrowing with the construction of the first cooperative winery in France in the village of Maraussan in 1901. Today, the cooperative consists of 3,000 ha of vines spread over 11 villages.

These are managed by nearly 600 families of owner-winegrowers who invite you to discover the exceptional richness of their terroirs that include PGI Oc, PGI Coteaux d’Ensérune, AOP St Chinian and AOP Coteaux du Languedoc.
